Reviews and Ratings
Staying in the corner tower room situated on the fourth level was a unique experience worth it, although it tended to be warm despite the air conditioning and had a small window at the top. The hotel's location in Lerma is excellent, offering ample parking and a rich cultural atmosphere. The dining experience varied from fantastic with diverse choices to chaotic at times. The service was efficient but lacked warmth, yet the hotel's history and location provided a dreamy vacation setting.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and disappointing service. The rooms, with their stunning views over the square, were beautiful but didn't justify the extra cost. The service was a letdown, feeling unprofessional at times. The central location and ample parking were definitely a plus.
The hotel offers a perfect view but lacks privacy in the bathroom, with weak wifi and limited space. The service is excellent, especially around electric car charging. The location is ideal for a break in travel and to explore the old village. The dining experience is exceptional, but there is nowhere private for residents to relax.
The hotel had some positives like nice rooms but also some drawbacks including lack of privacy in the bathroom, noise from rooms above, poor drainage smell, weak Wi-Fi, and limited space. Climbing 36 steps to the room wasn't the biggest issue. The service was a mix of inefficiency with a 10-minute call delay and rudeness but redeemed by knowledgeable and helpful staff behind a glass box. The location offered good local food and was convenient for a break in travel, although lacking views for residents. The dining experience was praised as one of the best globally for a cold breakfast, even though only one staff member was present at times.
